Ms. Maham Nouman serves as a member of the Board of Directors of ABL Asset Management Company Limited. She is a seasoned financial services professional with over two decades of experience in the banking and financial sector.
She joined Allied Bank in 2009 and has held senior management roles overseeing key advances portfolios across Corporate, Emerging Corporate, and Islamic Banking. Since 2018, she has been heading Corporate & Financial Institutions Risk and continues to serve as a member of the Bank’s Equity Investment Committee. She has also served as a Director of ABL Exchange (Private) Limited.
Ms. Nouman is a Certified Director from the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance and has completed a range of executive development programs, including Corporate Lending & Workouts from Euromoney, a FinTech Online Course from Harvard Business School, a Trade Finance, Supply Chain & ESG Workshop by the Asian Development Bank, and an Executive Briefing on Banking Systems by Oracle in London.
She holds a Master’s degree in FinTech from New York University’s Stern School of Business and an MBA from the Lahore School of Economics.
